Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, requirements, reference materials, logos, brand assets, product information, and other materials necessary to complete the project.
Delays in providing required materials or feedback may affect the project timeline.
All prices displayed on our website are provided for general informational purposes and may vary depending on project complexity and requirements.
A final quotation may be provided before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment requirements will be communicated before project commencement.
All charges are one-time charges for the specified project scope unless otherwise stated.
The number of revisions included in a package depends on the selected service or project agreement.
A revision means a reasonable modification to the agreed creative direction.
Requests that significantly change the original concept, storyboard, scope, duration, or project requirements may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, revisions, technical requirements, and availability of required materials.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines, but delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery dates.
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate project information
Provide necessary materials on time
Review submitted work promptly
Provide clear and consolidated feedback
Ensure they have the necessary rights to materials supplied to Irwintech LLC
The client is responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Irwintech LLC retains ownership of its original working files, project files, production assets, templates, techniques, processes, and reusable resources.
Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed final deliverables for the intended project use.
Source files, editable project files, 3D models, production assets, or working files are not automatically included unless specifically stated in the project agreement.
The client retains responsibility for materials they provide to us.
The client represents that they have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any logos, images, videos, music, trademarks, product designs, or other materials supplied for the project.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Irwintech LLC may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or promotional materials for business and marketing purposes.
If a project contains confidential or unreleased information, clients may request confidentiality arrangements before or during the project.
Clients may not use our services to create content that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others.
We reserve the right to refuse projects that we reasonably believe involve unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activities.
Certain projects may involve third-party software, platforms, hosting providers, stock assets, fonts, music, plugins, payment processors, or other services.
Third-party services may have their own terms, licenses, fees, and restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Irwintech LLC shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our liability relating to a specific project will, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount paid by the client for that particular project.
Irwintech LLC will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, natural disasters, internet outages, power interruptions, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
