At Irwintech LLC, we provide professional digital 3D animation and visual content services. Since our services are delivered digitally, we do not ship physical products.
After a customer purchases a service package, Irwintech LLC will review the project requirements and contact the customer to confirm the project scope, creative requirements, reference materials, and expected delivery timeline.
A project will begin once the required information, materials, and project details have been received.
Our estimated delivery timelines depend on the selected package, project complexity, animation length, modeling requirements, and client feedback.
Typical project timelines are:
Starter projects: approximately 5–7 business days
Standard projects: approximately 7–14 business days
Professional projects: approximately 10–21 business days
Advanced projects: approximately 14–30 business days
Premium and complex projects: approximately 21–45 business days
Custom projects may require additional time. The estimated timeline for a specific project will be communicated to the customer before or at the beginning of the project.
Completed animation projects are delivered digitally through email, cloud storage, file-sharing services, or another mutually agreed-upon digital delivery method.
Depending on the selected package, final files may be provided in commonly supported digital formats such as MP4, MOV, or other agreed formats.
Each package includes a specified number of revisions as described on our Pricing page.
Revisions must be related to the original project requirements. Requests that significantly change the original concept, animation scope, modeling requirements, or project specifications may be treated as additional work and may require an additional fee.
To help us complete projects on time, customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, logos, product images, reference materials, scripts, branding assets, and other required content.
Delays in providing required materials or feedback may result in an extension of the original delivery timeline.
Before final delivery, customers may review the completed animation and provide feedback according to the revision allowance included in their selected package.
Once the final version has been approved and delivered, the project will be considered completed.
For projects that require services beyond our standard packages, Irwintech LLC may provide a customized quote and delivery schedule.
The agreed scope, pricing, revisions, and estimated delivery timeline will be communicated to the customer before work begins.
Although we make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates, timelines may be affected by project complexity, additional revision requests, delayed client feedback, missing materials, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate with the customer and provide an updated estimated completion date.
